   else you cleverly accomplished.  And, weren't the flowers beautiful? They're still fresh as ever in my house.

   Thank you for doing such a wonderful job organizing the picnic once again this year.  It was clear by the cowboy
   attire and level of  participation that the western theme was a big hit.  We all enjoyed the day immensely.  Your
   attention to detail and solid planning were very apparent and appreciated. What was most impressive though,
   was that you and your crew were there both setting up and cleaning up after the party.  It can be emotionally and
   physically exhausting, especially in the heat, to pleasantly continue providing drinks, replenishing food, and carting
   crafts and supplies to entertain our children.  The company spared no expense with decorations, toys, games,
   preparations, or supplies which made Saturday a first class event.  With so many children in attendance, it was an
   added boon to have them entertained all day.  Again, thank you all for your gracious hospitality!
